Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery takes 7-14 business days.

đ Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from product receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code and European regulations.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be:
- Intact and undamaged
- Unused
- In its original packaging
How to Request a Return
Contact us via the Contact page, indicating your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or one not conforming to the order.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you have received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
